75% of mental illness begins in teens. CHMA offers a variety of programs to help give you the tools to cope with mental illness and mental health issues. There is no doctor’s referral necessary; so you can refer yourself, a friend, or family member at any time.
You are not alone in your mental illness or mental health struggle. 1 in 5 Canadian adults will experience a mental health illness at some point in their lives. CMHA Adult Mental Health Services are here to help.
