Co-Production: Activity and Mental Health

Engaging in meaningful activities that align with one’s interests and values can support well-being. This course aims to explore the ideas surrounding engagement in meaningful activities, time use, and balance in one’s daily life. Sessions will include information on relevant topics, an opportunity to discuss and share insights, and participate in exercises.
