Mindful Yoga is a combination of gentle restorative Hatha yoga & mindfulness. You will focus on bringing unity between body, mind, and spirit while gaining flexibility & strength, relieve tension & stress and become grounded. The practice tends to be done on the floor but can also be modified to be done while sitting in a chair. Excellent for those who prefer a slower pace. No prior experience is required.
