Warrior Yoga (Kristen)

In this 9-week series we will build and grow our yoga practice together, starting with the basics and working our way up. Through breath, movement, and other exercises you will have the opportunity to (re)connect with your mind and body. “Yoga is not about touching your
toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.”
