If you’re navigating mental health challenges or recovery, Community Connections is a place where you can take things at your own pace – with people who get it.

You’ll find a welcoming community of peers and support workers who are here to help you learn, build skills, make connections, and figure out what wellness looks like for you. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out before you arrive.

What to Expect

Starting something new can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. Community Connections is designed to make that first step as easy as possible.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a peer support worker or another staff member who can answer your questions and help you find your feet. Sign in, grab a coffee or tea, and take things at your own pace — there’s no pressure to do anything before you’re ready.

Not ready to come in person? Online options are available, whether as a first step or an ongoing choice.
