Are your patients feeling anxious, stressed or depressed?

Free and convenient cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and related treatments are available through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy is a suite of high-quality, evidence-based services: BounceBack, Clinician Assisted Bibliotherapy and Individual or Group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Individuals experiencing depression, stress, anxiety and anxiety-related conditions will receive fast access to assessment and services based on their individual needs.

Services are offered in multiple languages and delivered by a highly-trained mental health coach or clinician over the phone, virtually or in person. Local OSP services are provided by the Canadian Mental Health Association in partnership with Across Boundaries and Hong Fook Mental Health Association to individuals in York Region, South Simcoe, North York, North Etobicoke and Malton.
