Community Connections
Mental health workshops, opportunities for socialization, and participation in fun activities.
Employment Program
Provides individualized placement and job development based on clients’ interests, goals, previous work experience and education.
Clinical Therapy Program
A group-based program that helps people with serious mental health issues to be successful in day-to-day living, with the support of our clinical therapists.
CMHA College of Health & Well-Being
Free courses addressing topics related to mental health, physical health, building your best life, finding your voice, increasing skills and connecting to the community.
Support for Depression
Gives individuals an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere so that they can support each other and develop coping skills.
Under The Rainbow Group
Under the Rainbow is a free supportive and social group for anyone who identifies as 2SLGBTQ+ or as an ally. Come meet and celebrate with others who understand and have a shared experience.
