Support for Anxiety (16+)

Support for Anxiety helps individuals who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety, either on their own or in conjunction with other mental illnesses, such as OCD. This group gives individuals experiencing anxiety an opportunity to share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere so they can support each other and develop coping skills.
These free anxiety support group sessions are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experiences of anxiety.

Support for Anxiety Group Registration

CMHA is offering virtual Zoom Support for our anxiety support services to bring together the community during this time of uncertainty, to learn and support ourselves and others. We welcome anyone to attend our Anxiety Support Groups. This group will run through the College of Health and Wellbeing. Please register with the college to join groups by going to www.cmhacollege.ca
