Mental Health First Aid For Those That Interact With Youth

Become certified, confident and skilled at recognizing early signs of mental health problems. Learn how to identify risks and take steps to preserve life. With a focus on youth, ages 12-24, this course includes education on eating disorders and self harm. This two-day interactive course equips you, your colleagues or your friends with the tools, confidence and resources to recognize and respond to a mental health concern or crisis of your own or those around you. Completion of this course is recognized with a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Cost: $250 per person. Group rate: $200 per person (min. 16 people)
