This two-day interactive course equips you, your colleagues or your friends with the tools, confidence and resources to recognize and respond to a mental health concern or crisis of your own or those around you. Completion of this course is recognized with a certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
Mental Health First Aid for Adults Who Interact With Youth
The youth version of this course focuses on the mental health of youth ages 12-24 and includes education on eating disorders and self-harm.
