Trailblazer Program Registration

Register for the 12-week Trailblazer Program running September 15-December 4! The program will run every Tuesday from 9am-4pm.

The program provides skills geared to improve wellness through personal awareness building, stress reduction activities and social skill building. You will learn skills to help you find, keep and be fulfilled through re-employment by understanding your unique path and interacting with like-minded community members.

The Trailblazer program is geared to employment re-integration success and improving interpersonal interactions. Physical activity and participation is a mandatory part of the program.
