It’s okay to feel down today, and perhaps even tomorrow. But always remember that you are a champion. You are amazing—never forget that. Don’t doubt your accomplishments. You succeeded because you worked hard for it. You are here because you deserve to be.
Kaeley’s favourite memory at CMHA
I had the amazing opportunity to experience the CMHA client/staff camping trip. Even though I didn’t stay overnight, I was involved in the planning process and preparation and was there each day. I was a co-facilitator for ladder ball and tie-dye, which was a big hit! It was such a great feeling being in a new and fun environment with clients and colleagues.
Why Kaeley enjoys working at CMHA
There are many reasons why I love working at CMHA! Here are a few:

How our Community Homes for Opportunity Program supports our community
Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) provides tenants with recovery-oriented supportive housing that can offer up to 24/7 support services to maintain housing stability. Our program offers opportunities for tenants to enhance the quality of their daily living, their personal growth and development, and to improve life skills through participation in a variety of activities and programs. We facilitate recreational and educational groups for individuals in group homes and also provide one-on-one support to those in group homes as well. Our program encourages the ability to participate and integrate into community services and activities.
