When you’re ready, you’ll find supports that focus on your mental, emotional, and social well-being.

You’ll learn about the myths of mental health & how to tackle stigma, suicide prevention, and some new coping strategies.

From workshops, groups, and individual counselling, there’s something to fit your needs.

The Youth Wellness program offers:

for youth grades 7-12.

Topics include:

  • Surviving High School
  • Tackling Stress and Anxiety
  • Let's Talk about Suicide and Depression
  • Mental Health Myth Busting
  • Dealing with Self-Injury and Eating Disorders

Referrals are welcome from parents, schools, local social service agencies, police, courts, and the youth themselves.
